John “Anthony” Lowrey is the new facilities manager at Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus.
Lowrey has 25 years of experience as a residential electrician. He also brings a background in construction to his new role.
“Anthony has quickly established himself as a reliable asset to our campus community,” said Daniel Smith, ATU-Ozark vice chancellor for administration and finance. “I’m confident his experience will be invaluable as we continue to improve and modernize the facilities at ATU-Ozark Campus.”
Originally from Lake Village, Lowrey previously owned and operated an electrical business. He joined the ATU-Ozark staff in March 2024 and was promoted to facilities manager effective Nov. 1, 2024.
“I love working at ATU-Ozark,” said Lowrey. I wish I had transitioned here many years ago.”
Since joining the ATU-Ozark staff, Lowrey has completed several renovation projects in the Technology and Academic Support Building.
