Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center at Arkansas Tech University will host guest speaker Pamela Luker, Pope County agent from the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service, for a non-partisan election education event on Tuesday, Oct. 15.
Luker will speak at 6 p.m. in Pendergraft Library and Technology Center room 300B, 305 West Q Street in Russellville. Admission will be open to the public.
The session will provide individuals with information about the constitutional ballot issues Arkansans will vote on during the 2024 election.
