Arkansas Tech University – Ozark Campus and the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) in collaboration with Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative hosted, free of charge, a “Lunch and Learn” Workshop entitled “Starting a Business in Arkansas” today’s workshop was held in the Student Services and Conference Center at Arkansas Tech – Ozark.
This workshop was the first in a series of three. ASBTDC is Arkansas’ premier business assistance program which offers business consulting to new businesses, existing business, and businesses that are on the market for purchase. The consulting covers a vast area of topics including: Finance, How to Write a Business Plan, and What You Need to Start a Business in Arkansas.
The remaining workshops will be held on March 3, “Lost Cost Marketing Techniques and Tips” and on March 17 “Get Listed.”
