The Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration is firing up the smoker for the final drive-thru dinner series event of fall 2021.
The Thursday, Nov. 18, meal will provide diners with the opportunity to select two meats from a menu that includes brisket, chicken, sausage and pulled pork. Potato salad, baked beans, dinner rolls and barbecue sauce will be served on the side.
The meal will also include a choice between broccoli cheese soup or chili for a starter as well as the options of banana pudding or strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Meals will be available from 5-6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 18, at 404 N. El Paso Ave. in Russellville. Cost will be $15 per meal (tax included). Cash, check, debit card and credit card will be accepted forms of payment.
The dinners are staffed by ATU students in the advanced food preparation and guest services classes.
