The newly-formed Graduate Student Council at Arkansas Tech University will host its first social event for graduate students on Friday, Oct. 23.
A graduate student pumpkin carving party will take place from 4-6 p.m. on the quad in front of Tomlinson Hall. Participants should bring their own pumpkins. Carving supplies will be provided, as will music, apple cider and candy.
In case of rain, the event will move to Tomlinson Hall room 119.
