Dr. Tina Smith, Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus vice chancellor for academic affairs and workforce development, announced that Eric Raible is the new assessment coordinator at ATU-Ozark.

Raible’s appointment was effective Jan. 6, 2025.

“I am happy to be closer to home and look forward to what the future brings,” said Raible, who is a native of Coal Hill. “ATU has always held a special place in my heart.”

A two-time graduate of Arkansas Tech, Raible holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Master of Science degree in student affairs administration.

He credits the lifelong connections he made while at ATU along with the training he received.

“It was a no-brainer when I was given the opportunity to come back and work for my alma mater,” said Raible.

Raible spent the last five years working in multiple roles at Carl Albert State College. From 2019-23, he was an academic advisor in the CASC Educational Opportunity Center. He was coordinator of residential life from 2023-24.

“Mr. Raible brings valuable experience and a fresh perspective to his new role as assessment coordinator,” said Smith. “His dedication to academic excellence and enthusiasm for supporting student success make him a strong addition to our academic affairs team. We are excited to have him on board.”
