The Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will continue its spring 2014 lunch series with a meal at Williamson Hall Dining Room on Thursday, Feb. 6. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. The meal, which will include soup or salad, one entrée, one dessert and beverage, will cost $8.95 per person plus tax. The Williamson Hall lunches have a new twist this semester. Diners may select one of four entrées each week. The entrée options will change every four weeks to provide guests an opportunity to sample all four selections over the course of a given month. Soup and dessert options will change on a weekly basis.
