Michelangelo’s Seizrue. In Micelangelo’s Seizure, Gehrke seizes the lives of several classic and contemporary painters. He demonstrates how artists such as Caravaggio and Magritte to Francis Bacon and Jackson Pollock transformed physical, psychological, and political suffering into art.
