The Arkansas Tech University Office of Distinguished Scholarships will host a virtual meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 29, to inform ATU students about the opportunities that exist through the Boren Awards.

The Boren Awards provide an opportunity for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students to receive funded study abroad ($20,000-$30,000 per year) to study less-commonly taught languages in Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
A Boren Awards representative will lead the information session and take questions from attendees.
