Saturday’s GAC semifinal game will mark the first-ever postseason meeting between the Golden Suns and the Lady Tigers. The Wonder Boys were 2-0 against Southwestern Oklahoma State during the 2012-13 regular season and Tech has won its last six men’s basketball meetings with the Bulldogs. Arkansas Tech defeated Southwestern Oklahoma State’s men 69-58 in their only previous postseason men’s basketball meeting — the 2012 GAC Tournament championship game.
