Arkansas Tech University will soon be home to Russellville’s first Tacos4Life location.
The Arkansas-based restaurant chain is scheduled to open in ATU’s Baswell Techionery on Wednesday, Aug. 14. When it opens, it will be accessible for members of the ATU community and the general public.
Visitor parking is available between Dr. Robert Charles Brown and Jill Lestage Brown Hall and Rothwell Hall as well as on the north side of Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center.
“We are very excited about this relationship,” said Jessica Holloway, ATU associate vice president for business services. “This will be the first Tacos4Life location on a Chartwells Higher Education campus. The response has been great when the Tacos4Life food truck has visited campus, and this collaboration is consistent with our institutional preference to support and partner with Arkansas-based businesses.”
ATU’s Tacos4Life will be in the space previously occupied by Which Wich. Holloway reported that a corresponding adjustment will be made to the offerings at Chambers Cafeteria to ensure that students continue to have regular access to a sandwich option on campus.
