Students from the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will serve an Italian-themed meal for their Thursday, Oct. 28, drive-thru dinner series event.
The meal will include choice of house salad or antipasto skewers for a starter. For the entree, diners will select two of the following four items: chicken parmigiana, grilled chicken alfredo, shrimp scampi and spaghetti marinara. Each entree will be served with breadsticks. Dessert selections are tiramisu or turtle cheesecake.

Meals will be available from 5-6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28, at 404 N. El Paso Ave. in Russellville. Cost will be $15 per meal (tax included). Cash, check, debit card and credit card will be accepted forms of payment.
The dinners are staffed by ATU students in the advanced food preparation and guest services classes.
