Young alumni are meeting Saturday evening in Northwest Arkansas for an alumni gathering. The gathering is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at Grubs in Fayetteville.
Organizers say those in attendance will be able to enjoy dinner (Dutch treat) and the chance to visit with other members of the Arkansas Tech family.
Alison Parks, coordinator of young alumni, says she hopes several young alumni are able to attend. She adds, “I encourage young alumni from Arkansas Tech to come and invite their friends to join us at this gathering. This is a great way to meet other Tech graduates in the area and to stay connected with the university.”
Parks says there are several young alumni gatherings each year. She adds, “We try to host gatherings in a variety of locations throughout Arkansas, and we also work to have a variety of different activities for young alumni to attend.”
